I guess it all boils down to being a Greek-Italian, California girl obsessed with food, doesn’t it? I was so fortunate to grow up with all four of my immigrant grandparents, my dad’s side from Italy and my mom’s from Greece. I truly have the best food heritage, and for that, I’m eternally grateful.

Fast forward to today - I married the man of my dreams who also happens to be half Greek with a deep, incredible connection to the island of Lesvos. We were married in Vatera, Lesvos in the summer of 2019, and are now expecting a baby boy in February 2021.

I’ve been using Instagram for the past couple years to share my cooking journey and this blog to host my original recipes. I’m finally feeling more confident in developing my own recipes, so hope to share more as I continue to revisit and recreate dishes from my childhood and beyond.
